Service Confirmation

• Our services are confirmed upon receipt of a written or verbal agreement from the client. A confirmation may be sent via email, text, or phone call.

Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Sterling Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to charge a fee for repeated cancellations.

Payment Sterling Custodian Services only takes credit/debit cards as a form of payment. Credit card information is taken at the time of booking, but we DO NOT charge your card until all services have been rendered. A receipt will also be provided at the completion of service. If a service is cancelled, no charges will incur. Pricing

• Any additional services requested during the cleaning session will incur additional charges.

Liability

• Sterling Custodian Services is not liable for any damage or loss to items that are not properly secured or notified to the cleaning team.
• Our liability is limited to the value of damaged items, up to the maximum coverage of our insurance.

Safety and Security

• Our cleaning team will adhere to all safety and security protocols during the service.
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables and confidential information.

Access to Property

• The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
• In the event of unavailability or denial of access, a fee may be charged.

• We strive for client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Termination of Service

• Sterling Custodian Services the right to terminate services due to unsafe conditions, hostility, or any other reasonable circumstances.
